We have a Peace Lily and there were no instructions as to how to care for the plant in the house. Can you help?

The plant is most likely a Spathiphyllum wallisii, Peace Lily.

Temperature:

Maintain temperatures above 55 degrees F

Light:

Low to bright light levels. Protect from direct sunlight

Watering:

Water thoroughly and then allow to dry out between watering. Generally once a week is sufficient depending on how much light the plant receives. A good indicator is the leaves will begin to wilt.

Fertilize:

Fertilize monthly from spring to fall. Use general purpose houseplant fertilizer.

Maintenance:

Cut out flowers as they fade and clean the leaves regularly.
