Agway's Flyer Policy
Agway Dealer locations are independently owned and operated; as such each location makes their own decisions on whether they have a flyer and what items and pricing are in each flyer. Flyer, products and pricing are only good at that participating dealer's location. Stores are not obligated to honor other dealer's flyers, products or pricing. Due to physical size, merchandise policies and manufacturer's shortages, some locations may be unable to stock all items shown in a flyer. For multiple pricing, consumers must purchase advertised quantity to receive sale price. If customer purchases less than the advertised quantity, regular retail price will be charged. Customer is required to pay any state and federal taxes. Not responsible for typographical errors.
